About Us

The Women’s Ministries of the Presbyterian Church of Australia (WMPCA) is a national committee with members located in NSW, Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland. We liaise with churches in South Australia, Western Australia, AT and Northern Territory.

The committee desires to promote men and women in Australian Presbyterian Churches to serve together in Biblical partnership, as this encourages spiritual growth, excellent and effective ministry and optimisation for women within the church, bringing glory to God.

This website is just one way we connect with the people of our church. Our goals for this website are to:

• encourage church leadership to nurture and encourage women in their walk with Christ so that they have a deeper relationship with Christ;
• provide an online platform where resources can easily be accessed to enable Presbyterian churches across the country to think through what it looks like for men and women to be serving God together in biblical partnership;
• connect women of all ages and cultures to people and resources;
• promote a positive culture in the Christian community;
• highlight what is happening in womens ministry around Australia;
• provide accessible online resources about womens ministry;
